I fired up Facebook to see the “how to get views on my blog” request again.

Bloggers want views.

No one wishes to publish a cyber diary.

I tested each strategy below carefully. All work well if you follow the tactics consistently.

Stop scrolling without a purpose. Use social media to help your targeted reader. Serve this person. Target traffic.

Join groups related to your niche to build credibility. Create groups to establish authority.

This is how they roll. Accept it and you will be fine over there.

You can do it.

Remember why you blog.

Great insights especially the give to get approach to increasing blog traffic. Instead, the focus should be on quality content and building relationships through commenting, guest posting and engaging with readers, which is a far more sustainable and effective approach than chasing quick traffic numbers.   I dig the use of the word “sustainable”.
  All other hacks fall apart sooner than later. Schemes work temporarily before the traffic disappears. Spamming never works. Helping people with detailed content and building genuine bonds works brilliantly over the long haul. Treat getting blog views like jogging a leisurely ultra marathon to enter the proper frame of mind.

      I feel like more bloggers appreciate the ultra-marathon approach these days because it is the only sustainable approach.
      Every other hack leads you down a failing road no matter how hard one works.
      Either relax, kick back and be truly helpful or burn out and disappear in a wave of panic.

My blog provides answers to the questions being asked. Informational Search Intent.
I go places and then bring you the stories, focusing heavily on the logistics of getting there and away. My content is searchable. Perhaps I am doomed. Maybe enough people will discover my blog, and I won’t need Google.
I need Google to send people my way. And now that i have my eBook for sale on Gumroad, people who end up on my site are mostly budget travellers, so hopefully the eBook will catch their eye.
Google is crawling my site fast these days. I reworded a short line of text, and less than an hour later, it was on Google. Amazing.
as to how the Ai overviews will go, thats truly something.
