Making money through blogging depends on fulfilling the trio of blog monetizing.

Three factors help you to earn blogging income.

You can even call it the Holy Trinity of Blog Monetizing.

All Wrong

Most bloggers go about monetizing all wrong. The masses pick one income stream like affiliate marketing. From there, most promote the affiliate offering aggressively without patiently developing skills, building credibility and gaining exposure.

Did you ever see a carnival hawker become a billionaire? Do door to door salesman become billionaires? No and No.

Of course, someone like Mark Cuban – who once sold stuff door to door – became a billionaire but after he stopped selling door to door and gained skills, credibility and exposure through persistent practice. He made billions by co-creating truly helpful technology not by just trying to make money through manipulative selling methods.

Why Do You Need the Monetizing Trio?

If you sell something without developing content creation skills, why would anyone buy it? Would people take you at your word, especially when thousands of other bloggers make identical empty promises?

Skipping credibility building never influences readers to trust you and your premium offering. Publishing free, detailed, practical content earns reader trust. Readers who trust your blog posts may morph into customers.

As for exposure, building a mega mall 300 miles away from the next human being nets zero profits. Customers purchase what they can easily find. Gaining blogging exposure allows customers to see what you sell in order for them to buy it.

Keep these three factors in mind.

Monetize your blog effectively.

1: Skills

Human beings pay money to access the skills accrued by other human beings.

People buy my online course to access the skills I patiently developed before landing high quality backlinks. Bloggers want to know how to develop similar skills. My skills in this regard became monetized because Blogging From Paradise readers told me to create an online course for them to buy.

Skilled bloggers practice blogging for years. Skilled bloggers do the work themselves to become skilled.

Practice blogging. Engage in repetition. Do mindful work.

Be a skilled blogger to become a pro blogger.

2: Credibility

People buy what they trust.

Credible bloggers sell online courses, eBooks, ad space and affiliate offerings based on consistently gaining trust.

Humans trust someone as being credible then buy from that someone. People trust something as being credible and buy that something.

Bloggers gain credibility by putting in repetitions.

If anyone finds me and/or this blog post as being credible, I practiced writing for thousands of hours to instill trust. I did the work. The work builds my blogging credibility. Online course and eBook customers bought into me and my premium offerings literally and figuratively based on their trust. I blogged diligently for years to earn that trust.

3: Exposure

People buy your stuff after being exposed to your stuff.

Readers need to see your products to buy your products.

Skilled, trusted bloggers struggle terribly for lacking this critical monetizing factor. Some die a quick online death because they resist doing what it takes to gain exposure before prying cyber eyes.

Publish detailed blog posts consistently to be seen. Expose readers to your online business as each post amplifies your reach exponentially over significant time frames.

I liken each post to an employee who increases your reach 24-7, 365. Content does not sleep. Content does not take breaks. Content does not eat. Blog posts work for you around the clock all over the world because content is inanimate.

My blog posts reach out through thousands of backlinks, social media sites, Google and Q and A sites to enhance monetization. Bloggers hungry for blogging tips see my premium offerings as my reach expands.

A Few Ideas to Keep in Mind

Money Responds to Value

Publish practical, detailed blog posts to offer value to one specific reader.

As of the publish date, one of my blog posts continues to climb page 1 on Google for a “blogging tips” query.

Why?

I laid out eight practical steps for writing a blog post.

The Google algorithm and human readers deem the post to be valuable. I baby step bloggers from the problem (How do you write a blog post?) to the solution by listing eight steps to follow to get the job done. The blog post points targeted readers to my online course for sale and eBooks for sale. The targeted readers probably consider the post to be valuable; perhaps my online course and eBooks may be valuable to them, too.

Money follows value.

Deliver value by publishing detailed, practical blog posts and offsite content consistently.

Develop skills, credibility and exposure organically by publishing onsite and offsite content. Creating a helluva volume of thorough content helps you to become skilled, trusted and seen.

Add Details to Content to Become Increasingly Valuable

The more details you add to content the more money you potentially make.

Broad, generic content skips steps. Skipping steps confuses readers. Confused readers never perceive you to be credible or skilled. Being seen does not make you skilled or credible from a reader’s perspective.

Consider the post you are currently reading. I could have shared three general factors through a short form, 600 word blog post. But would that truly help you understand the blog monetizing Holy Trinity? I don’t think so.

I published 1,000 plus words filled with detailed steps to drill the concept into your mind.

Detailed content lays out a steady volume of necessary steps to guide readers from problems to solutions. Thorough content generates the greatest organic traffic and blogging income because readers, customers and clients want all steps required to solve their problems.

Never share filler to satiate an imagined word count. 2,000 words consisting of fluff, meanderings or general nonsense delivers zero practical value. But beef up content to list all required details. Imagine each step to take to solve a problem. List the steps via your blog post.

I find it easy to publish long form content. Most topics I cover demand that I write 1,000 plus words to include every necessary step for readers to take.

Be thorough.

Monetize successfully.

Conclusion

Blogging is a genuine skill.

Making money through your blog requires plenty of practice.

Satiate the blog monetizing trio by practicing your butt off.

Engage in mindful repetition to go pro.
