Blogging seems so hard to most who give it a shot.

Blogging feels impossible to almost every blogger at one time or another.

Even bloggers who seem to do the right things for a long time slam into stout obstacles.

Why?

What Is the Most Difficult Aspect of Blogging?

Blogging is mindset-based but just about everyone thinks blogging is action-based.

Since almost of all us mindlessly take blogging action sometimes – or all of the time – blogging becomes highly difficult because we are DOING stuff while THINKING and FEELING fear, hurry, scarcity, poverty and loss……which brings us fear, hurry, scarcity, poverty and loss as our results…..no matter what we do.

When no matter what you do or how long you do it brings failure….hell yeah, the gig will feel incredibly difficult if not impossible to master.

Failure rates skyrocket because most bloggers take action before checking their mental state. Most think and feel from a predominant mindset of fear. Fear scares them into doing failing stuff. Struggles follow. Failure follows. Difficulty follows.

Making matters worse, most bloggers appear to be completely unaware of this insidious process. Like unconscious blogging robots, these folks make the same mistakes 1000’s of times before throwing up their hands, believing that blogging is dead and finally quitting.

This is why blogging seems so hard; you are screwing up and push the reason why you muck things up completely out of awareness. Ummm…..can you solve a problem if you are not aware of the problem cause? Nope. Hence the seeming impossibility, which is as frustrating as hell.

How do I know?

Well my Young Blogging Padawans, I toiled through painful blogging stretches of making the same mistakes over and over while being utterly unaware of the mistake.

Mistake #1 for me was NOT understanding that blogging is a 100% mental process hinging on thinking and feeling a certain way.

Thinking and feeling a certain way influenced me to act/blog in a certain way. Acting or blogging in a certain way brought certain results. My results seemed crappy for a long time even though I appeared to be doing the right things. Why? My mental process consciously and unconsciously screamed:

  • fear
  • loss
  • poverty
  • lack
  • limitation

Of course, my results screamed:

  • fear
  • loss
  • poverty
  • lack
  • limitation

The wicked aspect of this experience; on the outside, I seemed to be doing everything right. I published thorough content. I built strong friendships. But I thought and felt like a loser and I lost because blogging is a mental process not action-based.

I gradually understood that my blogging actions did not bring me failure but my thoughts and feelings mired in fear and scarcity mirrored failure back to me.

When I gradually chose to think and feel more mentally abundant I took abundant, relaxed, consistent blogging actions which yielded abundant results: aka worldly success.

The actions were the full by-product of my chosen mental state.

The actions were part of the equation but fully reliant on my mental state.

Plus, when I chose to feel mentally abundant, I had no resistance to taking blogging action.

Few bloggers know this. Fewer understand this. Even fewer teach this.

1 Critical Point to Understand

Blogging involves taking plenty of action.

But since blogging is a mental process you need to:

  • think
  • feel

from a:

  • relaxed
  • calm
  • peaceful
  • abundant
  • trusting
  • generous
  • genuine

mindset:

  • persistently
  • patiently

to blog from the perfect frame of mind for going pro.

Blogging involves 1000’s of work hours but thinking and feeling relaxed, generous and abundant before and while working these 1000’s of hours is the way to go pro.

Will you feel mentally relaxed before acting, blogging-wise, as an easy conscious choice, when new to this concept?

Absolutely not.

Why?

You are way too tolerant of mind wandering because unconscious fear in your mind scares you into thinking and feeling at a 1000 MPH rate which produces 1000 MPH rate actions which brings blogging failure.

Your whole life you’ve been taught to force things through action and now you’re being taught to mentally relax, chill and work a proven strategy from a calm, chill, relaxed, trusting vibe.

It takes lots of practice and ample time to evolve towards being mindset-based.

Common Blogging Mistakes Related to Thinking and Feeling from a Fear Mindset

Sometimes it seems easy for a trained blogging mind to spot common errors related to thinking and feeling from a fear mindset.

These include:

  • setting delusional timelines from weeks to months for becoming a professional blogger
  • taking blogging shortcuts by asking someone to do all of the blogging work for you, begging for guest blogging sites, needing sites for link placement and basically establishing your blogging strategy on the core desire to get something for nothing
  • winging it and never following professional blogger guidance
  • publishing thin content
  • covering multiple blogging niches to be a jack of all trades who masters none

I could spend 10 hours listing blogging mistake’s “greatest hits” but my intent is to repeat that blogging is mindset-based not action-based.

Bloggers who make the errors listed above:

  • think and feel scared in their mind
  • choose scared blogging actions consistent with common blogging mistakes
  • struggle, fail and quit by blaming blogging or their own ineptitude when it was just the simple fact that they never realized: blogging is mindset-based not action-based

How Can You Succeed?

Succeed by accepting this reality:

Every blogging action you take or do not take is 100% mindset-based. Blogging involves 1000’s of work hours to pro but since blogging is mindset-based those 1000’s of work hours are worthless unless you think and feel from a relaxed, generous, genuine energy for those 1000’s of work hours.

Do ya kinda see why my blog doesn’t rank #1 on Google most of the time?

Google and the blogging world does not want to hear this because the world wants to run away from the mind into specific blogging activities; it wants blogging to be action-based.

But if blogging were action-based then anyone who either took some massive form of blogging action or moved into successful blogging actions for appreciable periods of time would be millionaires or billionaires.

Look around; do you see 1000’s of billionaire bloggers?

1000’s of bloggers take massive action and 1000’s also do the smart, right blogging stuff.

Why aren’t 100,000 intelligent bloggers who appear to do the right thing for a while millionaires?

Blogging is mindset-based. Blogging is not action-based. If you immediately take action without feeling relaxed, genuine, calm and inspired the action will yield failure or painfully muted success, at best.

What Is Inspired Blogging Action?

Inspiration = in spirit.

Basically guys, inspired blogging action comes from:

  • your right mind
  • your intuition
  • what Old Abe Lincoln called the higher angels of our nature
  • the Holy Spirit

Call it whatever you want; it is abstract, impersonal and sends you a conveyor belt of loving, helpful, practical ideas beneficial for all who have ears to listen and eyes to see.

For example, at 2:45 AM in a remote section of Colorado I woke up, sat in bed for a few moments and my right mind:

  • sent me the idea for this post
  • fed me the words that I typed into my WordPress backoffice
  • supplied me with a calm, relaxed, abundant mindset before I wrote the post and as I wrote the post

This post is 100% guaranteed to accelerate my worldly success because I thought and felt abundant and calm then moved into inspired blogging action because blogging is mindset-based.

I only moved into successful action because I mentally felt relaxed, abundant and calm. I only helped you with this post because of my mindset.

Do you understand now how all blogging action is mindset?

When you choose a super duper abundant, calm mental state the inspired action literally becomes automatic but in a calm, chill fashion.  It’s like some force takes over your body to have fun helping people; success slowly but surely follows if you keep following this inside-out process.

Blogging is not action-based but feels incredibly difficult because 90% or more bloggers:

  • deeply believe blogging is action-based
  • wildly rush into blogging action because their mindset is scared, broke, panicked and petrified
  • make common mistakes by ignoring the blogging fundamentals, struggling and failing
  • appear to be blogging effectively but struggle and fail because their mindset is scared, broke, panicked and petrified

What Is the Most Uncomfortable Part of Thinking and Feeling Inspired THEN Acting and Feeling Inspired to Blog Successfully?

At times, you will need to face, feel, forgive and release fear in your mind to evolve from being action-based to mindset-based.

You, from your days as a baby, have been carefully conditioned to run away from your mind to move into rushed, forced, fear-based action; it’s how the world engineered itself. Look outside of yourself. Take action to solve problems.

I am inviting you to look within at your mind directly, patiently and calmly even as a tempest of fears broils over, all creating every single difficulty in your life.

When you begin to understand that all difficulties in your life are fears in your mind that you choose to project or blame on the world and that you are not a victim of the world and that facing, feeling, forgiving and releasing these fears leads to peaceful, abundant, freeing blogging actions that bring you success…..yeah, that’s a game changer, folks.

Feeling fear sucks. Embracing guilt, grief, pain, terror, rage and anger to purge these emotions in order to feel abundant, relaxed and generous feels intense.

That’s the tough part of this liberating truth.

But would you rather run away from your fear and struggle with your blog or feel temporary discomfort to think, feel, act and succeed as an abundant, relaxed, generous blogger?

Every sane human wants peace of mind then worldly success to be helpful and feel fulfilled.

What About Action-Based Bloggers Who Make Big Bucks?

In incredibly rare cases, bloggers who guide you to take massive action and never talk about mindset make large fortunes.

These hyper rare individuals unconsciously feel completely relaxed around money, worldly success and business growth so they make big bucks but since they are utterly unconscious of their abundant beliefs they cannot explain this secret to you. It’s a secret to them too.

Accept that most of us will not walk that journey because:

  • it is not most helpful for all
  • most of us need to have the experience that freedom, big bucks and business growth is in mind first, then acted out calmly, generously and abundantly, through your properly colored blogging actions

Conclusion

Think and feel:

  • relaxed
  • chill
  • abundant
  • generous
  • genuine

then follow your intuition to guide you toward relaxed, generous, genuine blogging actions.

Train your mind to do this until it becomes habitual. Sit with fears in your mind screaming at you to take wild, frenzied, rushed actions. Feel, forgive and release these fears. Practice doing this. Gradually, with patience, you will become mentally skilled at predominantly feeling inspired before blogging versus taking failing actions without consulting your mind, first.

This commitment moves you past all blogging difficulties into freeing, peaceful, increasing blogging success.
