I included a selfie video and selfie featured image to drill the point home. Look at the images. Gain a little inspiration if you fear showing your face. Shy bloggers can technically get away with hiding their face from the cyber world. But your job may become a helluva lot tougher unless you post a selfie to your blog, now and again.
As AI blogging progressively de-humanizes blogging, humanizing your blog builds strong credibility. Generic-sounding bloggers with no human presence will disappear into the tsunami of AI-generated content sooner than later. AI does generic content far better than humans. No human being can spawn hundreds of posts pronto. AI can do that, no sweat.
One humanized blog earns credibility in a split second. 10,000 AI-generated posts identical to other AI-generated drivel dissolve into obscurity before a blog clearly run by a human being. Never underestimate the power of being human as a credibility-building factor.
People want to establish a sense of connection. People want humans on the other side of the screen. Being a person – and proving it – may just become the most coveted financial asset in the blogging world. I’m not kidding one bit. Case in point; would you still be reading at this point if you did not see a person here but did see the familiar generic, lifeless content cyber-vomited AI?
I don’t think so.
Share selfie videos. Share selfie snapshots. Infuse personal stories into your blog. Do what humans do. Show your face. Show yourself. Prove your humanity. Give readers a reason to know, like and trust you. Give readers a reason to trust you and to follow your blog closely.
Going forward, humanizing your blog will become essential to establishing credibility.
Like it or not, this will likely become a prerequisite to successful blogging as we progress deeper into the age of AI blogging.

Each stressed the importance of humanizing your blog and online business these days. As various algorithms favor adding a human element to your blog, the blogging big dawgs continue to drill this point home. Leaders tend to be the trendsetters. Influencers never reach the top by accident.
Share your humanity today in the cyber world. Do it even if the idea scares you a little bit. Leave your blogging comfort zone. Conquer a self-conscious fear. Give readers a chance to connect deeply with you. Sometimes we forget that human beings sit on the other side of the screen. Seeing a selfie-style video snaps us back into reality. But you need to be the blogger who publishes and embeds the selfie video to underscore this point.
