Bangkok Thailand
I feel like it is time for another travel post.
One key aspect of my blog is not losing sight of the goal.
We offer blogging tips to guide you to live your dreams through blogging.
Circling the globe as a digital nomad is one such dream.
I have accumulated ample sign pictures since becoming nomadic in 2011.
Some are traffic signs. Others simply snared my attention.
Follow me around the globe as we “see” the signs……

Chiang Mai Thailand
I spied this sign in a touristy area of Chiang Mai Thailand.
Bonus points for the robbery wording.
Asian countries in particular employ creative verbiage via rough translations.
But the message is always appreciated.
Scams are a plenty in spots frequented by farang.
Most are far from suckers. But there are always a few to be had.

Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
I posed sweatily beside a sign affixed to one of the many general purpose stores in Saigon.
Each sells just about everything.
Ho Chi Minh is a literal urban jungle in many regards. The foliage looks jungle-like amidst heavy development.
The South China Sea influence a bit to the east creates stifling conditions; re: insane humidity levels.
I did cardio first thing in the morning like wise locals, expats and fellow tourists.

Amarillo Texas USA
Buc-ee’s is like Disney World meets 7-11.
The place was a town within the town.
Over 100 gas pumps.
The store itself was sprawling.
Picture a Super Walmart of convenience stores.
Amarillo has the biggest one on earth as of this publish date.

Las Vegas USA
Only in Vegas…..
Why not?
What do you have to lose except your life?
We saw a few ads for this activity.
Strange how the guy hawking it was missing fingers (that’s a joke).
Here’s to Human Swiss Cheese.

Nizwa Oman
I am used to seeing deer crossing signs in the States.
But these signs are legit; we saw many wild camels driving through Oman.
The roads seemed nearly empty.
Just hours of open desert, camels, goats and a few shrubs.
We also saw a dead jackass that had been run over by a car, unfortunately.

Manchester New Hampshire USA
How do you know you’re on a snowmobile travel?
Check out all of the services.
We hiked this rail trail during peak autumn in New England.
Dazzling; like Skittles meets Rainbow Brite.

Choumeriakos Crete Greece
I did my cardio in the olive groves daily in Crete.
Note; olives stain sneakers.
You’ve been warned.

Yaniklar Turkey
Kofte is a highly popular meat-based dish in Turkey.
I snapped this sucker at a popular bus rest stop located at the top of a mountain.
Adventures included hiking alongside the Mediterranean and dodging a swarm of feisty bees.

Prague Czech Republic
We spent a month in an apartment overlooking the Charles River in Prague.
Being in this part of the city certainly had its benefits.
We enjoyed house sitting in a nearly 4,000 square foot apartment. High ceilings. Amazing views of the city. The works.

Songdo South Korea
You would never guess that this spot sits within a busy urban environment.
I gravitated towards this calm oasis within a bustling city a bit west of Seoul in Songdo.
Songdo boasted incredible pathways and green space for a heavily populated city.
Being one of the world’s first smart cities means highly thoughtful planning went into designing the place.
We even used a pneumatic waste disposal system. I felt like The Jetsons.

View Park Windsor Hills Los Angeles California
Dubbed the “Black Beverly Hills”, View Park Windsor Hills is one of the wealthiest African American communities in the country.
We enjoyed majestic views of LA being on top of the hill.
Similar views grace local neighborhoods like Inglewood.

City of Westminster England
Or as most of planet earth knows it: London.
I had to snap this iconic location.
We stayed out of trouble to avoid a more involved visit.

Cheltenham UK
The Gateway to the Cotswolds is charming.
Being surrounded by immense natural beauty sure works out, too.
As for just about all towns in England…..it has some pubs.
