Using first names to meet and greet fellow bloggers is non-negotiable now. Bloggers use AI to drop generic comments. I never approve a comment unless it mentions “Ryan” or clearly originated from a mindful human who crafted a personalized comment based on their experience.

Ryan, I like how you are tailoring advice to the AI age. We are being inundated by AI content that can’t be personalized and be human. First names are a good way to connect and probably what we need to do in the real world as well.
People these days are having their brain completely rewired and likewise kids are having their brains wired in a way that pushes human to human contact to the periphery. Think about it: people focus on their device and their life is on their device. It only gives them what they like and if they don’t like something, they can swipe it away and the algorithm knows not to give them that content again. Human relationships become very transactional and AI will make that even worse.
Those who need that human contact and realness will search it out.
Not sure if this is making sense but throwing it out there.

Not only does this make perfect sense, few possess the level of awareness to make such clear observations.
My wife and I see this often as world travelers. From all over the USA, to the Far East, to Europe, most human beings believe that a phone offers all answers. If phones are the solution then humans are not. Why interact with humans? Why make eye contact? Why would someone stop to ask a person for directions anymore? Google Maps gets the job done.
Developing this level of dissociation is dangerous for many reasons. The “divide and conquer” deal is plain to see. On a deeper level, AI adoption as a “requirement” dulls the mind. If AI thinks, people do not need to think. The mind is a muscle; stop using it, and it stops functioning. Sleeping minds are easy to manipulate with fear. This opens a whole other can of worms.
As for the transactional point, with AI usage skyrocketing, it is like the world only looks to fellow humans to get something from them, then tosses people out like used paper towels. No unconditional love there. No joy there. No happiness there. No peace there. No union there. This turns the world into a dark, bleak place of utter loneliness. It need not be.
