Nagigi Village, Vanua Levu, Fiji.

Greetings from Jimbaran, Bali!

I divined an idea back when I was chilling in Savusavu, Fiji in 2014.

OK who I am kidding? Forget divining; I was smacked upside my big old noggin. I figured, why not shoot an authentic, in-depth, long form video in paradise for helping my readers build a profitable blog?

Like……5 steps to profitable blogging? Yeah, that sounded about right.

Profitable Blogging Tips

I shot that bad boy in stunning, jaw-dropping, mesmerizing Savusavu, the paradise of Fiji. WAY back in 2014…..and I uploaded it in December.

Well folks, I was in a SUPER generous mood so I decided to give away this 40 minute long, colorful, energetic video for free on Youtube. Only 1 problem; I didn’t have time to promote it.

I was also busy with some other jazz, like seeing friends and fam back in NJ, reviewing stupendously powerful courses and books by my friend Matthew Capala and I believe that I was spending a little too much time carbing up. Hey, we were leading in to the holidays. Man cannot live on Bali and Thai sweet snacks alone, ya know?

So….without further delay….and because book NUMBER 21 (capitalizing because…I can) from the Blogging from Paradise Library is coming out tomorrow, I wanted to promote the living stuffing out of this free, in-depth, energetic, entertaining, funny, practical resource, for folks who want to learn how to build profitable, full time income generating blogs. You can do it! I believe in you.

I am free, and I want to take your booty with me.

Location: Savusavu, Fiji (Locals refer to this as the paradise of Fiji….it does not suck my friends)

Cast of Characters: Ryan Biddulph, Hazey the Cantankerous Cat, Palm Trees, Coconut Trees, Sunset, Savusavu Bay.

Shot this high def video with my tablet. Switch the settings to 720 HD and enjoy!

Click that play button now, grab yourself a nice, tropical-themed drink – perhaps a banana shake? – and enjoy it folks.

    Are you taking these steps?

How about the kitty cat’s special appearance?

Would you like me to do more of these videos?

    Hey Ryan,

Great video, my man, filled with awesome tips!

Working on your mindset and having that clear intent is absolutely essential, along with having a clear ‘why’. Without this, well, wheel-spinning and frustration will be the order of the day.

And, as you know, I’m 100% with you on the ‘why’ NOT being money! Money is nice, it’s good and it’s helpful, but it cannot be the driving force behind what you do. You need energy to propel you to success but striving after money will simply not give you the energy that you need and you’ll soon burn out.

Yes, I’d love to see you doing more videos. I actually miss your quick-fire videos that you used to do. While I didn’t always get to your blog daily to see each one, I always enjoyed what I saw when I did.

I loved meeting Hazey the cat. Please give her a cuddle from me. I’m a mega cat lover and have one of my own. Heart-breakingly, my beloved Sylvester is very poorly right now and it seems that he’s slipping away. Short of some mega miracle overnight it would seem that tomorrow I will have to take him for his third trip this week to the vet and say goodbye to my best friend of 17 years. 🙁

Sorry to end the comment on a downer, but I know you’re an animal lover and will understand, so I felt that I wanted to share that with you.

Glenn, I am heartbroken to hear that my friend. I am sending my light and love to you and Sylvester at this difficult time. I will definitely do more quick hitter videos going forward off of the tablet. Thinking about you Glenn 🙂

    Hi Ryan,

Absolutely, it all starts with our mindset. I had to work my way to that one lol!

One thing we need to do is make sure that mindset is not after numbers of money, but rather wealth. Knowing deep down that as we push out our content through blogs, books and our products, it is done for someone’s higher purpose.

Having that deep inside us, we never have to worry about money, it just comes. I’ve been doing my own business for such a long time, that I learned that long ago. Trusting the energy that connects us all and doing our best to put out our best is the trick.

But it must come from inside of us with truth. Ha…money…it always comes when you need it. I never look at the numbers, but rather the happiness exchange with others.

P.S. Congratulations on your 21st book! Man..you are going like wildfire my friend.

What a great video. I know I have to get more clear on a lot of things. You have made me really think.

I would like to see more of your videos. The only thing I would prefer is shorter ones. I have a hard time watching in one sitting, it took me a few hours to watch this one with distractions. But that’s just my personal opinion.

    Love those sweet kitty meows!

Thanks Angie! This was intended to be long form – something folks would pay for – but going forward I’ll do 30 second videos. I just shot one today 😉

    Hi Ryan:
What equipment do you use to record your video? The wind was a bit of a factor, but I think it’s a plus. It just makes it more real. Keep up the good work.
    Good point on branding.

    Hi, Ryan,

Love the “As within, so without!” <— awesome takeaway, and that is my absolute foundation. 🙂

Like the freestyle, enjoyed the video, but will admit I listened like it was a podcast some of the time, instead of video the whole time.

Wonderful story, Ryan – so glad you went from a broke security guard and now are living your dream. Very happy for you!

So fitting that #1 is working on mindset, after all, that’s where it all starts, right? Absolutely!

That’s right – everyone’s WHY is about freedom, whether they realize it or not. lol

Totally agree that all the goodness happens outside of our comfort zone, most definitely! You’re right, creating, connecting… is an awesome thing to keep in mind and implement.

Persistence is essential, I absolutely agree with you. So many folks are not consistent in their efforts. Taking action is not enough, and agree that taking action on the RIGHT thing is what counts really, nothing else. If not, spinning wheels is what happens.

Definitely agree with one niche, one purpose, ONE intent. You’re spot on!

Thanks for sharing, Ryan – great job. 🙂

I like the video a lot more than the normal posts man. It’s cool to see your face and hear your voice. I would definitely recommend getting a mic with a wind filter, that was pretty annoying.

Dude, also, you used to live in Scotch Plains? I worked there for 3 months selling books door to door. That’s absolutely hilarious.

Really great content on this video. Just the mindset shift you recommend is probably more valuable than half the stuff that people put out there. Nothing really will EVER be enough unless you get that right first.

It’s been a while since I’ve been on your site, and I must say it’s looking really great! Lots of love man.

    Hi Ryan,

Great video. You are definitely right about having the right mindset and not focusing on the money as being the why. Honestly, I never truly focused on my whys when I started my current venture and I’m suffering for it now.

I quit my taxi driving job back in June and due to my lack of focus, I am now in a tough spot. My own fault for not being in the proper mindset. I’m going to try meditation as I have heard from others that it can help. You know the old saying, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” Well, this “not a puppy anymore” guy better start using new “tricks” if I want to succeed.

Thanks for the very motivational video.

Have a great rest of the week….Chris

Chris I have been there dude. Keep clearing the inner world my friend. Meditating, exercising, and getting your inner world down pat moves you out of tough spots OH so quickly. Almost like magic. One day you feel motivated by money and profits. Then after some deep inner clearing and hairy experiences, a while later, your attachments dissolve some and you blog for the joy of it. You no longer really NEED the money, and the money just shows up as you’re having fun with blogging. This has been my experience again and again.
