2 Blogger Networking Podcasts for the Price of None

February 15, 2018
Espresso scented litter. Only in Thailand folks. Only in Thailand.

The “Heat Game” Commences!

Temperatures are hitting the upper 90’s in Chiang Mai, Thailand (click the link for a fun Facebook Live Broadcast I recorded of Kelli and I walking around a sleepy Thai village) these days.

Meaning I dial it back and write only 3-4 posts daily between guest posts and posts on Blogging From Paradise.

This means more podcasts.

And more fresh mango shakes.

But that’s not all! (insert 70’s game show host voice here.)

Today I bring you 2 blogging podcasts for the price of none.

1 podcast is a quickie, one night stand, minute long deal.

I explain 1 incredibly powerful secret of highly influential big dawg bloggers.

The 2nd podcast is a more in-depth number.

My friend Alonzo Pichardo and I released our 2nd episode of the Online Success Chats Podcast Series.

We discuss how to connect with online influencers.

Included are practical tips for standing out from the crowd of lame ass pitches, totally non genuine efforts and the overall lost soul nature of most despicable influencer marketing campaigns.

We explain in detail how to befriend top bloggers in your niche by serving them and asking for nothing in return, which is the best and quickest way to connect with influencer bloggers.

How is your blogger outreach campaign working for you?

Are you promoting top bloggers freely to befriend big dawg bloggers?

How are you engaging in influencer marketing?

How hot is it where you’re at now?

  1. Likewise Rhonda. We live in a special time, being able to connect with many fabulous bloggers from all around the globe. I used it for the first time 5 minutes ago – the cat I mean not me 😉 – and espresso kitty litter smells wonderful and disturbing at the same time. Weird indeed.

Hi Ryan. I can understand cutting back when it hits the 90s but I think your 3-4 posts in a day is remarkable. And, what’s up with the kitty litter. They have some interesting products in Thailand. The ham that looked like Vienna sausages just made me think about language. The cat litter that smells like my morning cuppa? That’s just weird.

It seems like I’m on social media more often than anything else when it comes to blogging. There are plenty of great bloggers that I have met online (and, as a result, in person). It’s a really great and supportive community out there and I am privileged to be part of it.

  3. Awesome advice you gave to your friend on Medium. Best move I ever made was to befriend top bloggers by helping them out without asking for anything in return. Thanks for the rocking comment Moss.

    Hi Ryan,

This is how I put it, connecting with influencers and befriending them is a must for everyone especially bloggers. The benefits are remarkably amazing.

You get exposure, you become an expert yourself, etc.

A friend told me via medium that she doesn’t mention influencers in her articles, and doesn’t tweet or comment on their blogs. My advice to her was start doing those right away. 3 months later she emailed to thank me.

Your alliance with Alonzo has brought amazing benefits not only to your business but also to your readers who reads and listens to your podcast.

With 27,000 plays already, there is more on the pipeline.

    Thanks so much Ryan!

  5. I dig how you are outreaching Israel. Perfect blueprint for doing it right. I keep beating the outreach drum after seeing daily requests from struggling bloggers in my inbox. Gotta help them by showing the right way to do it. Thanks my friend.

  6. Cool Scarlet. All the best with your podcast.

  7. Scarlet Says:

I am just starting to get into podcasts so thanks for the suggestions! Good advice in your blogs. I agree!

  8. Thanks for the podcasts, Ryan! Kudos to Alonzo too for the great job going on here! I must say you are both rocking Blogging For Paradise for greatness. I am impressed once again for today’s post and I am sure a lot of people out there would be impressed too.

I noticed that the idea of serving and befriending top bloggers, connecting to online influencers or helping them out without expecting anything in return has been ignored by most struggling bloggers today, whereas it’s a great idea.

I have been trying hard on the blogger outreach campaigns for some weeks now and have started seeing results bit by bit. I just have to add more to my efforts to get more results hopefully.

Thanks for the care so far, Ryan! You know how comfortable you feel when you see that someone cares about your progress!

  9. Update; 2 days after uploading my chat with Alonzo has 27,000 plays so it’s getting some nice pop.

  10. I left a thought.
