Since I know none of you give a rat’s fanny about making money through your blog I just wrote this eBook for the fun of it.
Believe it or not, nobody has ever asked me “how to make money blogging?” Even though I have been online for almost a decade.
As an afterthought, I wrote this eBook and done placed it on Amazon:
I wrote this sucker to show you different ways to make that scrilla through your blog. Even though you detached, present-minded, worldly-life-shunning Buddhist monks could care less.
The Pleasure Point
Of course I have been asked “how to make money blogging” 50,437 times during my online career (I keep a running tally).
I have seen this question asked on forums, social media, blogs and Q and A sites roughly 34,043,972 times.
That is a conservative estimate.
This eBook is more about showing you practical ways to make money blogging if you feel a bit confused, lost or flat out intimidated about this whole blog monetizing thing.
Because I have been there. Really. Because I was once in the “ad revenue is the only way to make money blogging” camp way back when I began blogging, when cavemen ruled the world and Saber-toothed tigers were as plentiful as shitty reality TV shows.
The main pleasure point of buying, reading and putting the tips in this eBook into practice is feeling the:
of making money through your blog by opening proven, helpful, prospering income streams.
It feels good to cut through the confusion of “But can I *actually make money* through this blogging thingee?” by uncovering, learning, practicing and profiting through blogging income streams.
So yeah; if you want to feel the delicious pleasure of discovering, practicing and working these income streams to render useful service to readers, this eBook is for you.
What This eBook Is NOT
This eBook is not a “Hey just write and sell eBooks on Amazon to make money!” type eBook.
If I told a newbie or struggling blogger: “Google Adsense is a great way to make good money blogging.”
it’d be like me saying: “Cleaning toilets at Long John Silvers after “Big Catch” Special Night is a sanitary, hygienic job.”
Either metaphorically or literally, you’re gonna be up to your knees in Arkansas Steamers if you believe either one of those statements.
You make money blogging by:
- developing specific skills through years of diligent, persistent practice
- solving a specific problem for your readers
- inspiring readers to live their dreams
- building your friend network by generously promoting fellow bloggers from your niche
Money responds to your energy. Not to income channels. Because no blogging income channel ever made money. Because blogging income streams are inanimate objects. Tools.
The tool users (aka you, the blogger) develop the skills to make money through the channels.
This is a “income channels” eBook. I am showing you different ideas so you can choose which streams/channels resonate with you.
Don’t get it twisted; the channels ain’t gonna make a cent for you. Your devotion to your craft and willingness to generously build your friend network are the ultimate money makers. These streams are simply channels through which you receive money.

The Cover Story
In perhaps my most inspired cover yet I snapped the cover image while we flew over an erupting Mount Raung in Java, Indonesia.
We had just taken off from nearby Bali 10 minutes prior to enjoying this jaw-dropping scene.
This eruption diverted hundreds of flights but we were aligned with the stars; the airport opened and we were off to the States.
